I had reflexology and reiki with Trudy. It was the most amazing experience ! It was fascinating to understand more about my body and how spiritual gifted she is with reiki. I felt renewed after!!! I've been receiving various treatments from Trudy for some time now, and I honestly feel so much better every time I leave a session. She is extremely professional and always takes time to establish my areas of concern. Each treatment is tailored and unique and it's hard to know which to experience next. I would strongly recommend giving Trudy a try!
