Hope is fantastic and I wouldn’t want anyone else doing my lashes now I’ve been to her. Hope listens to what you want and does a great job. I’ve had lash extensions done by a few other people at different salons and although they were experienced practitioners and teachers, Hope is better than each of them. She ensures my lashes are cared for and don’t get damaged by the extensions and they are always beautifully applied so they line up with my natural lash and don’t catch when I brush them. Very happy.

Absolutely amazing, as always. This is such a professional and caring salon, regardless of what treatments are booked the attention to detail and level of excellence are always first class. I would never dream of going elsewhere for any beauty or pampering treatments. Lucy and Jo are the best, they provide guidance and advice to ensure that what you receive and how you feel and look make you wonder what you have previously wasted time, money and effort on! Polished Ashtead is a hidden gem that provides first class treatments and service.

Van Anh is very thorough and professional. She did an excellent job giving me a lash lift/tint, eyebrow tidy and tint. Highly recommended-I will definitely be going back for further treatments😊

Polished, Ashtead are fabulous. They treat nails (and clients) with utmost respect, their products are first class, as are their treatments. Lucy is great and my nails are a talking point - whether I am teaching or working in sales - Lucy deserves the credit for this, not me! If you want your nails to look amazing and want to feel good, Polished is the place to visit. Excellent service, fantastic treatments and affordable prices. Polished also reward regular customers with bonuses. Make sure you visit this salon and find out about their treatments.

Van at VS Beauty is fantastic! I've been in twice now — once for a brow and lip wax, and another time for a lash lift and lip wax — and both visits were great. Van is very friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly knows her craft. The salon is spotlessly clean and she uses high-quality products throughout. I loved the results both times and will definitely be back!

Great experience with Lexie! Really relaxing from the start, with a lovely garden studio. Lexie got straight to the lashes and was chatty and friendly throughout. I felt very comfortable the whole time. Also one of the only times I’ve had lashes where my top and bottom lashes haven’t stuck together afterwards!! Ive also not lost any since my appt a few hours ago which I usually do. I’m usually 15 lashes down within two hours! Amazing prices too. Can’t recommend more :) 10 ⭐️ if I could.

Nice relaxing facial and great jaw massage. To make their experience even better, it would have been nice to have a head massage and for the treatment to last the full 60 minutes. I was in and out of the salon in under 50 minutes but had booked a 60 minute facial. A head massage with the extra 10 minutes would have been fab, but the time I had was lovely 😊
