Niva (Tracey) class was amazing yesterday! To see how you work and also learn new tips was a great opportunity. Thank you for making everyone feel so safe in one space. I visited the lounge today and was very impressed with the cleanliness and most of all the professionalism and outstanding and friendly customer service.
