Always look forward to going to Crystal Spa, staff are absolutely friendly and very helpful, offering variety of amazing treatments including Eyelash Extensions must say “ Pietra ” Eyelash and Nail Technician is the best in Perth, over the years I have had eyelash extensions with many different lash technicians my lashes have only been destroyed. Since I started seeing Pietra, my own lashes have grown and have become healthier. I can’t stop recommending Pietra to everyone I come across and the amazing comments I receive from strangers about my lash extensions

I've said this before but ill say it again - chiara is the best eyebrow lady in all of perth. She is so beautiful but clever and knows what shapes work on what shaped faces- it is a true art form and she has perfected it. I will occassionally neglect my brows but I will never let any other person besides her do my eyebrows and I love her work my eyebrows always look snatched and get so many compliments! Cannot wait for my next appointment. I even brought my mum here and her eyebrows have never looked better.

I got my lash lift on my first visit and it lasted for a few months. I went back for a lash lift and accent extensions- I am so pleased with the results! Haruka is very gentle and her work is always beautiful. 100% coming back for more

Tiffany clearly takes great pride in looking after her clients. I’ve had microneedling at other spots in Perth and it felt very clinical, rushed and unfriendly - in and out type job, where as Tiffany really looks after you and I felt confident that I was getting a good treatment (I used to regularly get microneedling back in the UK but stopped as I hadn’t found a good practitioner but so glad I’ve found Tiffany now). The use of red light def reduced my redness too. I’ve previously had a lovely massage here too! Highly recommend

She worked magic and perfected it like an artist. I was nervous, but the pain was barely a 1.5/10—totally tolerable. Chiara made me feel so comfortable and checked in constantly. She explained everything clearly. My lips look natural but polished — perfect for low-maintenance girlies. I left feeling confident and like the best me. Had Ann as my tech again, she did my bridal lashes in mid December and they were great. Ann is friendly, attentive and happy to talk through any questions I had as I'm new to lash extensions. I am a happy returning client who would recommend to Passion Lash and Brow to friends.
