Upon arrival I was acknowledged straight away and politely informed that Jamie would be with me soon. I am currently travelling around Australia so getting eyelash extensions from another technician can be difficult but Jamie was very professional, welcoming and efficient. Thank you.

This place is reliable! They were training a lady who did my nails and did a wonderful job. I got exactly what I asked for !. The staff are consistent and apologies I don’t know her name but the nail technician with the tattoo sleeve is absolutely brilliant ! She is not only doing nails but also coordinating the place. I always feel welcome but at the same time they don’t over talk like some places , so you are able to relax. This is the place to go people of Albany and tourists! Thanks Chee Chee .

The Wellness Room Albany is amazing! Very welcoming and professional. I couldn’t be happier with my eyebrow wax & tint and eyelash tint. Krystle is very talented and can’t wait until the next appointment.
