It was my first time getting eyelash extensions, and i absolutely love the experience. The staff were very accommodating and made me feel comfortable . Since it was my first time, they explained the aftercare instructions, which i really appreciated. The place is also very relaxing. My lashes always look full, beautiful and last so well, my brows are always perfectly shaped and the difference I’ve seen in my skin since starting skin needling has been incredible. The best lash lift and brow experience I’ve ever had! With my lashes: I’ve never had so much lift - Crystal knew where on my lashes was resistant and where to focus on pushing them a bit more. With my brows: I’m usually very particular with the shape of my brows and have found all the times I’ve had down in the past with other technicians, they ignore my natural shape and take way too much brow off but Crystal absolutely nailed it - perfected the shape, thickness and colour. 100/10 would recommend.

The staff were soooo lovely! They patiently answered my questions and gave me recommendations as it was my first time getting my brows and lashes done and i left feeling really satisfied. Will be coming back again! Plus Iris did my lashes so efficiently and they turned out natural as I wanted. I didn’t catch the name of the other staff member but she was absolutely lovely to talk to and helped with all my concerns. Thanks ladies!
