Once again Sarah has worked her magic. After an amazing hot stone full body massage last week with her, yesterday I had my first ever Reiki session. Wow ! I felt so relaxed afterwards, Sarah had managed to release some negative energy from me for sure. I felt a rush through my chest which felt weird at the time but clearly something had released. I left with a clear mind too. I had the best nights sleep I have had for some time. I feel very relaxed still today. I will book another Reiki session soon for sure. Thank-you again Sarah xx

Amazing !!!! This is my second time having the healing hour and it is just what I needed after feeling my anxiety and stress levels were slowly increasing. It is a full hour of pure relaxation, my thoughts and worries taken away. I feel like my body and mind has had a full reset and my body Energy is all balanced. Thank you for my Reiki Healing Claire. You made me feel so relaxed from the moment I arrived. It was a new experience for me, and once on the bed I felt a wave of warm energy run through my body from head to toe. I felt completely relaxed and comfortable throughout. The calming atmosphere in the room, really set the vibe, and towards the end of the session it felt like a switch and I was instantly 'back in the room'. Being a busy mum, working full time, and also pregnant, I was so thankful for 'me time'. I also struggle with sleep, but the night of session I had a fantastic nights sleep!

Every time I go to Claire for a treatment I always come away feeling refreshed. Yesterday I had a full body aromatherapy massage with reiki healing. Just what the doctor ordered. Very relaxing.

I have been seeing Claire now for nearly 12 months & I can honestly she has been amazing. I have had a few different treatments with Claire and I can say each treatment has helped me in different ways. A few years ago I got diagnosed with pcos which affects my mood, anxiety & hair loss. Since having a few full 1 hour healing treatments, I can honestly say this has really helped me take control of my body, mind and to understand me for who I am. My anxiety is baring an issue for me now, my mood it more Controlled and balance. My hair & skin feel so health and I feel like a have got my glow back

Never tried Reiki before, to be honest I thought it was a lot of mumbo jumbo but found it to be a very relaxing and healing experience and was definitely needed after dealing with cancer last year. Will definitely be having the healing hour again.
