Hands down the best waxing salon in Birmingham— super professional, spotless, and so friendly. Nilima has done all my treatments for my wedding and she’s amazing! I’ll be travelling from Scotland just to keep coming back. Highly recommend!

I had a really great experience with Sukhi. She was extremely professional, and it was the first time I’d had eyebrow mapping, including shaping. She explained every step of the process and carried everything out with great care and attention to detail. She was also quick and efficient, while making sure I was comfortable throughout. From now on, I’ll always book my appointments with her. Highly recommended! ❤️

Harvinder was very efficient, professional, and friendly. She saw me before my appointment time, and everything went exactly as expected. I had my first waxing and eyebrow appointment with Preet, and she was absolutely amazing! She was so warm, friendly, and professional, and immediately helped put me at ease. Even though I've had waxing done many times before, I still get quite nervous, but Preet made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Her technique was excellent, and it was one of the most painless waxing experiences I've ever had. She was very thorough and constantly made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! 🩷🫶🏼✨

Harvinder was amazing at doing my eyebrows. I’m in Birmingham for university so mainly get my eyebrows done from my city but one lady botched one of them. Harvinder is very competent in what she does and now my eyebrows look amazing. Bonus - My mum loves them too!

I was SO nervous before this appointment. And was struggling to find a good salon in Birmingham to cater for my needs but J Beauty was amazing! Tension khatam. They were sweet, professional, caring and easy to talk too. The atmosphere was relaxing. Would certainly recommend and come again myself! Thank you ladies especially Pooja. <3 you all are fab.
