This is the 2nd visit I have had and I will not go anywhere else now I normally have dry needling and shock therapy and when I leave my back feels loads better great value for money highly recommend

Had some ‘real’ cupping done by Chrissie today & after having played around with a basic set at home I wanted to see how it compared. Very powerful. And as always Chrissies massages are very very good & always very relaxing. Thanks Chrissie!

I always have a great session with Chrissy, it’s like going for a catch up with a friend and I always feel so much better afterwards as well! I highly recommend a dry needling and sports massage combo!! Works wonders for me!

I've been seeing Chrissie since 08/2022 and would highly recommend. I started with sports massage, and from there Chrissie explained how sports massage, dry needling and cupping works in different ways. She worked with me each session to focus on my current aches/pains. I had never had dry needling or cupping before, but Chrissie talked me through it. Chrissie has allowed me to have a better understanding of how to look after my body. Plus, will ensure if I have an issue outside of the scope of her treatment that I am signposted to the right person. Profession, knowledgable, good value.
