Cindy was prompt with excellent communication throughout and she fully understood what I wanted. She went above and beyond and the finished hair style is more pleasing than I expected. The speed at which she did my starter locs was very efficient inspite of all the interruptions caused by my kids. She was very patient and understanding. Her conduct is professional and personable. Her setup is also very professional and gives the in salon pamper day experience whilst being in the comfort of your own home. Excellent customer service from booking to completion. I wholeheartedly recommend her.
