Shanan did an incredible job! She completely transformed my tatty dreads into a super fresh two-strand twist style with a crochet tidy. The attention to detail was next level, and the hair wash was so relaxing. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.

As always, Shana made me feel like an absolute princess. She somehow managed to fit so much into a four-hour appointment, doing a full retwist and adding extensions without ever making it feel rushed. I was a bit nervous since I’m still recovering from a broken leg, but she went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable, shifting things around so I’d feel at home. That kind of care really means a lot. My dreads have never looked cleaner, neater, or more natural. The extensions blended perfectly, I walked out feeling brand new and completely confident again. Shana was great. Her service is really good & fast, she has a lot of knowledge when it comes to locs care, which is honestly hard to find in the Kent area. Happy I found someone that I can go to on a regular basis.
