Honestly the best hair salon experience I’ve had. Nita took time to explain the steps of the treatment and had so much patience to answer all my questions. I left feeling more confident in how to properly look after my hair. The salon is welcoming and calm. I felt so relaxed in Nita’s loving hands and fully trust her with my hair. Great atmosphere and excellent service Left feeling like I got what I'd asked for and felt stylist went above and beyond to deliver this. She asked follow up questions about how I wanted my faux locs to ensure that she met my needs.

Every time I visit, I’m reminded of what excellent hair care looks like in my community. Over the years, I’ve been to some decent salons and quite a few bad ones, but The One Couture experience ticks all my boxes. The staff are warm and welcoming, and my hair and scalp are always treated with genuine knowledge and skill. This is clearly more than just a business, they truly care about your hair AND about you!

I travel from Telford just to get my hair braided here.. Every single time my hair looks absolutely on point 👌🏾and I always leave feeling amazing. All the ladies are so friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. 100% recommend this salon I wouldn’t go anywhere else now! 💯✨

It was my first time going to Shida and her service and hospitality were 10/10. She’s so down to earth and clearly passionate about what she does, she took her time to get to know my hair properly. Wish I went sooner!
