Rakhi is absolutely fantastic! Be it waxing, facials, body massage she always delivers consistent results worth every penny. Her threading technique is so smooth, painless, and incredibly precise. The parlour is clean, welcoming, and Rakhi makes the whole experience so soothing. On top of this she also shared incredible home remedies for good hair and skin. I’m glad I found her. I Highly recommend her services!

I was nervous because it was my first wax in a while, but Rakhi made the experience so stress-free. You can tell that she’s very experienced so I knew I was in the right hands. The most efficient wax I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend!

My first time at Glam Lashes with Sue, and I was honestly so nervous! 🥰 I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but Sue was so welcoming, friendly and professional from the moment I arrived. She made me feel completely comfortable and put me at ease straight away. She constantly spoke to me throughout the procedure, checked that I was okay and explained everything so clearly. Her communication was absolutely brilliant, which made the whole experience feel so relaxing. The lashes she did were absolutely gorgeous, and I’m so happy with how they turned out! 💕 They look beautiful, feel comfortable

I had such a lovely experience! I booked several treatments, including a Hollywood wax, eyebrow wax, microneedling, pedicure with gel polish and a manicure. Everything was done with care and I felt comfortable and well looked after throughout my appointment. I especially enjoyed being able to relax in the massage chair during my pedicure — such a nice touch! 😊 The staff were friendly and professional, and I was also given clear aftercare advice following my microneedling treatment. I left feeling completely pampered and refreshed. Really happy with my experience and would definitely recommen

Wow ! This beautiful woman has the most magical healing hands Rachel seemed to know exactly what I needed as part of my massage treatment . I have had the most amazing experience . I’ve had several treatments at Gaia Wellness over the past year and have always had a fantastic experience. The team are friendly, welcoming and genuinely caring. A special mention to Rachael, who always takes the time to listen to what I need and adapts each treatment accordingly. Her personalised approach makes every session feel tailored to me. What I particularly love is that Gaia is a local independent business where you get consistent, personal service, unlike larger spas where you often see a different therapist every visit.
