Rakhi is absolutely fantastic! Be it waxing, facials, body massage she always delivers consistent results worth every penny. Her threading technique is so smooth, painless, and incredibly precise. The parlour is clean, welcoming, and Rakhi makes the whole experience so soothing. On top of this she also shared incredible home remedies for good hair and skin. I’m glad I found her. I Highly recommend her services!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

I had the Spa Pedicure with Paraffin Wax and a Manicure with Susan, and it was a wonderful experience. Susan was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the appointment. The paraffin wax treatment felt incredibly soothing and left my feet feeling soft and refreshed My manicure and pedicure were done with great care, and I left feeling pampered and relaxed. The whole experience was enjoyable, and I would happily recommend Susan to anyone looking for a high-quality treatment. Thank you for such a lovely service!

I had the HydraFacial Deluxe (with LED & Booster) with Merita, and it was a fantastic experience. Merita was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. The facial was relaxing, and my skin felt deeply cleansed, refreshed, and hydrated afterwards. The LED treatment and booster were a great addition, leaving my skin looking brighter and feeling incredibly smooth. I left feeling pampered and very happy with the results. Excellent service, very clean space. Rakhi is very professional and friendly. Booked me in into very short notice. I had a great full body massage + Indian head massage. I also had some waxing and threading done and I'm very happy with Rakhi's attention to detail. I will definitely be back and will bring friends and family to her. Thank you

Sue is fantastic. I always see her for my waxing and makes you feel comfortable whilst doing a great job at a very reasonable price. Currently heavily pregnant and she has still done an amazing job whilst ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Best person to visit for a wax in Coventry! Highly recommend!
