Betty was so professional, friendly and gave the best service. Highly recommended. The facility is well presented, clean and everyone was really friendly. So nice to have such a positive place in Ipswich town. Parking right outside (£2 hour - bonus) and you can pay on card. Thanks again and be seeing you again! Jay x

I had an eyelash tint and eyebrow tidy up (wax and trim). It was a relaxing environment with nice decor and background music. The stylist listened to me and gave me the degree of eyebrow tidy I wanted, without losing the natural look. Everything was efficient (e.g. forms filled in advance via an app), so no time wasted.

Wow. I absolutely love my new brows. Suzi listened to my needs and went beyond my expectations and created the eyebrows I could only dream of having plucked the living daylights out of them years ago. I came in for my consultation 24 hours before my microbladong appointment and was able to see someone having their second appointment. It was really good to see the treatment being done so I knew what to expect. Suzie made me feel very welcome and spent plenty of time planning and drawing thr new shape to make sure they were what I wanted and that they matched. The treatment didn't hurt, it felt like I was having my usual threading treatment. See you in a few weeks Suzie for my touch up appointment.

So happy to have found Image Salon in Ipswich . They are all highly professional and specialist l feel very safe in Sue & Naomi’s hands. And the treatment is working! They have a lovely LED light treatment room (my favourite spot the “snooze room” I call it 😅 LED has a sleeping effect on me, Sue and the ladies are very lovely , gorgeous ,caring women I highly recommend.
