I had a brow wax with a lovely person who was training in some new techniques. She did an amazing job threading and waxing and had such sensitive and constructive support from the other staff in the salon. It was lovely to see such investment and care.

Had the best facial and back massage today

As usual, Charlotte was friendly, polite and professional. I feel that she takes time to talk through my options and advise me appropriately on every visit.
