Although I thought I had booked an abyanga, I was surprised by this different Ayurvedic massage, with stretches and deep tissue work. Kevin was very professional, sensitive and adapted the massage beautifully to me, to adapt it to my needs. I felt deeply relaxed. The music is wonderful and the floor mat comfortable. A real pleasure.

Fabulous experience, so relaxing & my face feels amazing after the facial. The therapist was so knowledgeable and generous about speaking about health and wellness and she was able to advise on sleep & nutrition as well as my treatment. I will be returning next month

Heavenly! I had the most amazing signature massage and Gua Sha which was amazing, so relaxing. I personally love love loved the facial massage and neck and head wow. Then a foot massage which was so needed as I think my new shoes were not broken in yet and hurt my feet. I will be coming back soon! Thanks Claire :)

Hayley is an excellent yoga teacher. The ayurvedic massages she offers are very relaxing and just what you need to destress. Highly recommend.

Excellent as always , having a facial either Claire takes you to a a special space where after you emerge relaxed snd centred with glowing skin. I love your facials x

...the massage with Diana was excellent/extremely relaxing and I will certainly book again. Unfortunately the facilities do not include a shower which is a bit of a drawback after a 2 hour Ayurveda massage - so I'll know for next time!
