My 12 year old had an appointment with Raj to learn more about nutrition and how food affects the way we feel. (All the things we are never taught from an early age!) She absolutely loved the session and has already been communicating lots of new and interesting facts to me! Highly recommend Raj to anyone. What a treat! The Udwarthanam therapy I received was nothing short of transformative. The therapist was amazing. She applied the dry herbal powder with rhythmic, upward strokes that instantly awakened my senses and activated a deep internal energy. I could literally feel stagnant energy being swept away. I left feeling lighter, rebalanced, and completely re-energized. It’s an experience I’d recommend to anyone looking to reset from the inside out. I will re_book again.

The premises is nice and clean and had that ‘Spa’ scent which is instantly relaxing. I brought my almost 3 year old with me and Shirley was fab at occupying him while also doing my treatment. A hidden gem in North Sydney! My only advice is to download the Council PayStay parking app beforehand and put all your details in there, as this took ages to do.

Charity gave me really good insight into proper meal portioning, nutrition surrounding training, and the hands-on approach was super beneficial.

I have been with Char for over 2 years. Within this time, I have learnt so many new things food wise and personally. I started with Char when I felt I wasn't ready, but knew I most probably would never be 'ready'. I am so grateful I made the step to start my journey as I am a different person to whom I was 2 years ago. Char has helped me with so much more than just nutrition. I now have some stable routines within my daily life and have learnt new techniques of dealing with things, which have come from my coaching with Char.
