I had a menopause massage with Rachel and this was a first for me. It was very relaxing and they use essential oils and different pressure points to help alleviate the symptoms that come with menopause. Going to Urban Retreat is always a lovely experience and it’s a beautiful set up and the staff are all so lovely. Thank you for looking after me 🥰xx

I had a hot stones massage today with Caitlin and I just want to say thank you so much to her. My mum passed away just over 4 weeks ago and I haven't been myself and stressed since but after today I was able to let the tension go and for the first in what feels like forever I feel more like me again.
