Lois always makes me feel at home when having my hair done. She is such a lovely person inside and out and the effort she goes into to get my hair as I want it is second to none. She knows exactly what to do and always talks me through any colour processes to make me feel confident in any colour changes I have done. Thank you Lois x

Sara was lovely, friendly and professional. So easy to talk to and the massage helped a lot with my pain. She was informative and gave me advice on what to do after the massage I.e. stretches. I felt comfortable throughout the whole experience. Will definitely recommend to others and also book again. I feel very relaxed :)

Kelly puts you at ease and her massage pressure is 100% warm bamboo was amazing.

I was made to feel very welcome by some lovely staff. The treatment I received was out of this world! I felt physically broken and just mentally numb and fatigued. But with just a short hour session with Kelly I literally cried tears of release on the journey home. Although I’m sure as ever I feel rejuvenated. Kelly was very professional and so warm and made me feel at ease whilst explaining everything. I’m planning to come in a regular basis to rest my body and mind for the foreseeable future.

Amazing experience! Tracy made me feel at ease and has created the most perfect eyebrows. I’m no longer embarrassed about having hardly any eyebrows and I’m truly looking forward to not having to draw them on each day. She even dropped numbing cream off for me beforehand… now that is going above and beyond. Thank you, I love them!!
