Absolutely amazing massage. I had a deep tissue/sports massage. Beth was my therapist today, she was welcoming, consistent with very firm pressure as I requested and found and worked out all my knots and problem areas. Lovely setting, calm, warm and peaceful. I had such a wonderful relaxing experience at the Welfare Massage Centre today! The staff were incredibly friendly and I feel incredibly relaxed and with a huge amount of tension gone. The lady who gave the massage (as well as being incredibly friendly and making the experience so relaxing) gave me some excellent advice and tips for maintaining relaxation and gaining the best possible benefits of the massage in the next 24hours. Will definitely go again and would definitely recommend it!
