I had dermaplaning with prep, a face mask and a shoulder rub today with Filipa. She talked me through the process and made me feel welcome as always. I reached a deep state of relaxation and left with a glowing , brighter skin! I recommend!

Bonnie is absolutely lovely! She’s so welcoming and really puts you at ease. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything, which made me feel really comfortable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else – highly recommend!

An excellent deep tissue massage. Fiona's knowledge is second to none, she was very informative on the best exercises I could do to to alleviate my shoulder pain. The treatment room and gym area is very impressive. Thanks Fiona, my shoulder felt so much better after my treatment. Bob Williams
