I am an 88 yrs old woman & have been exercising twice a week with Toning Tables at the Body Toning Emporium at Thringstone for over 15 yrs. It helps to keep me fit & agile. If you have stiff joints or an achey back give Toning Tables a try & see for yourself what a difference it makes.

Clean environment, Kira is lovely and very friendly. Lashes look beautiful. 10/10 experience.

I had the signature glow facial, and it was bliss. So relaxing. My skin felt amazing afterwards. The next day (this morning) my skin stills feels amazing and looks clear and even. Not the usually blotchy mess.
