Very kind, professional and thorough service from Charlotte who made me feel very comfortable and explained clearly the different steps of the treatment. Facials with Kate are always a treat and today’s dermaplaning and hydrofacial gave the glowing, glass skin I love. It’s a miserable, cold day today so the heated bed and blanket were much appreciated and ensured maximum relaxation!
