Katie is absolutely lovely and instantly makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. The waxing was quick and as painless as possible, and the results are perfect! The massage afterwards was the cherry on top. Honestly, the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly. If you’re looking for a place in Bristol for a wax and massage, Cocoon is the one!

I see Freya every 4 weeks for a back exfoliation and facial. I can honestly say it is the best massage I have ever had. For the whole day I feel really relaxed. Today I tried microneedling, I was a bit apprehensive as I thought it might hurt but it didn’t one bit! My skin is super glowing! Will definitely have again.Can’t recommend the beauty shack highly enough! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My skin looks and feels super amazing after having dermaplaning with a steam and luxury mask. Clare then took the time to talk me through my concerns for my ‘mature’ skin. We have a plan to help rejuvenate my face without the overdone look. I’m Looking forward to my next visit .

I had the best experience taking my mum to Freya with me. This is only my second appointment having the “Microneedling with Dermaplaning Package” which I was really looking forward to as I saw such an improvement after the first appointment. I’ve always suffered with bad skin which really knocked my confidence and nothing seemed to work, I an honestly so impressed and surprised how well my skin is looking after only one appointment and I’m looking forward to seeing my skin improve after each session. Olivia knows her stuff when it comes to skin care and also gave me tips on what else I could do at home to help improve my skin. Highly recommend.
