This was my first time at Hairworks and it will not be my last! Hiba did my hair and I cannot express enough how amazing she is! She is so professional, very knowledgeable and so nice! Hiba was great, she was very friendly. I had a consultation appointment, where she listened to everything that i wanted done. I made an appointment with her a couple days later and she had remembered everything we talked about. I got the colour that i wanted, and the cut that i requested, she was amazing. The staff in the salon is very friendly and attentive. I was asked if I needed anything from something to drink or if i needed a bathroom break thru out the 3 hours that i was there. I would definitely recommend this salon, and I will be back to see Hiba again.

Great facility, welcoming staff!!! A must needed addition to the outlet mall. They are very accommodating to specific client needs as well, such as private room for hair services/ face threading. Reasonably priced as well. Much needed addition to the Windsor Outlet Mall. Will definitely be back regularly.

It was my first time at hairworks. Kiran is the most skilled hairatylist ive come across in ages. i went in confused. And she patiently listened and advised me accordingly. While doing the haircut. She gave me room to make changes if i needed to. ( Which i didnt need to ) . All in all.. happy with the whole experinece and the staff!
