She always recommends the best facial for your skin, at that specific day. She never tries to sell your any of the products available, but informs you of what a product can do for your skin. I had a Sports Massage, and it was worth it. Riaan was gentle but firm and explained every action he started by stating why and what area of the body this specific muscle attaches too. Very informative. Not bruised at all the following day. Was a bit sensitive to the touch at the pressure points that were massage. Riaan started the session by looking at my posture and general health. He recommended changes to how I sit or stand and also gave me guidelines on how to start with exercise that won't kill me in the first week. Looking forward to seeing Riaan again tomorrow, 13.06.2023.
