Whilst getting another great deep tissue massage from Tanyana I was reflecting on what a crucial role these massages have played in my recovery from sciatica. I’m in the 70+ age category this Saturday for 160k Taupo cycle event , not even an electric bike so thanks again Reflexology!

Great deep tissue experience - I feel like I got more _healing & repair_ out of this massage than others, and am very grateful. Very happy. Minuscule thing to work on: starting comms up front - (soft,medium,hard / asking areas to work on / injuries) might mean masseuse can more ease-fully trust client is happy throughout.

Exceptional. Pressure point deep tissue based massage was restorative and quite a workout at the same time. Bem was the OG. If you can, ask for their upstairs room, nice to be able to chat a little & the rooms are exquisitely decorated.

It is a real treat. I had a deep tissue massage, and she was fantastic. I was sore after but felt like a new person the next day. My headaches are gone and my neck and shoulders feel great.

This was one of the best massages I've ever had. Yuki instinctively knew the right amount of pressure to apply. It was never too much or too little. Sometimes, in a deep tissue massage, there are moments when I flinch because it's a particularly sore spot. But not with Yuki! She was very attuned to my response to her work. Thanks Yuki!
