Another great physio appt with Lewis. We went through a weights and stretching programme that I have been doing via the app and then Lewis gave my lower back a deep tissue massage. I felt a lot better than when I arrived.

Had my first visit with Bobbi today and honestly she was amazing from start to finish. Professional, welcoming, and instantly made me feel comfortable. The attention to detail, care, and overall experience were top tier. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. First session with Cameron and i have to say that it was great! Deep tissue treatment carried out on some injuries and gave some advice for additional stretching excersises even though he doesnt have to for i did not book an fysio session. This makes it definitely easier to find a spot for deep tissue sessions for they both know what they are doing at Peak. Definitely recommend!
