Beth is so welcoming, makes you feel comfortable and the treatment was fab - and her salon is beautiful. She understood the benefits of lymphatic drainage for those with endometriosis which is super important to me. It’s nice having this kind of treatment to help rather than being prodded and poked in hospital. Would highly recommend, thank you Beth 🥰

"I’ve been visiting Paige at The Luma Practice for a year now for a stubborn plantar fasciitis injury, and the progress has been incredible. I started with sports massage and eventually moved into cupping and red light therapy. Most notably, Paige helped me overcome a massive fear of needles to start acupuncture—I've gone from being terrified to now doing 10 sessions a month! Paige is a total 'encyclopedia' of knowledge; she explains everything clearly and has truly educated me on the vital importance of rest and recovery. Fantastic deep tissue massage from Sue, followed by wood madeotherapy which really helped with fascia release. Felt like I was walking on a cloud afterwards! Sue is so friendly and down to earth, I felt extremely comfortable from start to finish and she regularly checks in throughout the treatment to make sure the pressure is right. Highly recommended!
