I had been struggling with neck pain and blocked sinuses for quite a while, but I left it for too long. Rhiannan worked her magic on me with an incredible neck and shoulder massage, along with a sinus facial. I already feel so much better! I could feel everything draining away. Full body deep tissue massage by Abbie was amazing as always. She is great at providing a deep tissue massage that really works out the knots but also leaves you feeling totally relaxed.

Abby is a fantastic masseuse who really knows what she’s doing. I’ve struggled with knots in my back which have been made much worse throughout lockdown and working from home. Her deep tissue massage has really helped loosen up my back and get rid of some of the knots. Looking forward to coming again next week. Fantastic treatment would highly recommended

Always have a great treatment here! Massage with Becky and facial with Adriana was 10/10. The service on reception and when booking is also amazing. A very skilled, warm and welcoming team. The boutique has some great things too, very handy to pick up a new outfit, card, gift or jewellery for your night out. Very lucky to have this place in my doorstep!

Just had the most amazing experience at F and F. When I arrived, I was welcomed by Abi and served a lovely coffee. The salon is calm and the atmosphere was special. I had the luxury head spa massage- I wasn’t sure what to expect but it exceeded any of my thoughts. It was just the most special experience. Initially Abi did an analysis of my scalp and the pre and post results are incredible. I fell asleep as I was so relaxed as she did the treatment. All I can say is I was well and truly spoiled by this treatment. My hair looks and feels great and I do too! Highly recommended! Thank you Abi!
