Amazing! Somehow Jay manages to get rid of all the knots, tightness and aches, but at the same time the most relaxing massage ever. Always feel a hundred percent better after and gutted when it’s over 😊

Very calm and relaxed environment. I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders due to my work and the Indian head massage really sorted that out. It was so relaxing I fell asleep !

I’ve had three full body deep tissue massages so far with Jay having never had any massage in my life before. Jay is a gifted masseuse and is very skilled at detecting the tense areas and works her magic to ease the issue. Honestly she is 10/10 and I’m definitely feeling much more relaxed and the ache in my feet, my back and neck have been miles better! Overall this has improved my confidence too - thanks Jay! I highly recommend you try the deep tissue massage with Jay, your body will thank you for it.

I have had 3 back and shoulder deep tissue massage sessions with Jay to release painful tension in my shoulders. I’ve been having regular deep tissue massages with Jay for over a year now and each one has been amazing. Jay is so lovely and creates a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The massages are the perfect combination of relaxation whilst also getting rid of knots and tension, I always leave feeling 100x better.

I would highly recommend Sage massage. Jay is lovely and very friendly and makes you feel at ease. The set up in the massage room lends itself very well for relaxation and comfort. I first attended for a deep tissue massage. Jay’s expertise and knowledge perfectly dealt with the problematic areas. I now attend for a relaxing massage which is a real treat and a regular appointment in my diary!

Yet another amazing 90min facial massage with Jay today. Started off with a much needed 30min back and shoulder massage, followed by an hour of blissful facial. Jay focuses on massage techniques on the face/jaw/neck rather than your conventional facial, using quality products. It's once again left my face feeling radiant, with lots of tension relieved! Highly recommend.

I have just had my 3rd massage with Jay at Sage Massage in Wilmslow. The room is spotlessly clean and comfortable. This creates a relaxed and calming atmosphere to unwind. Jay is very experienced in provided a first class massage. Jay is extremely professional and friendly and discusses what you require from the massage. I book a 90 minute Swedish Massage. I work in a job which causing tightness in my shoulders and back. Jay gets to work on the knots and by the end of the massage, I feel refreshed, relaxed with no tightness. I would 100% recommend Jay at Sage Massage for a quality massage.
