Sacred Lotus is a beautiful space - a hidden gem in Pitshanger and I’m so happy to have discovered it! My Reflexology appointment with Andrea was amazing - I’ve been looking for a good reflexologist in London for so long - but am thrilled to have found Andrea as she is fantastic. An absolute luxury from start to finish. My Glass Skin Facial with Kaouthar was incredible. I arrived feeling anxious, but she instantly made me feel so comfortable, like I was with a close friend. The calming ambience was so relaxing I actually fell asleep! She truly has magic hands. My skin is glowing, and I’ve already had so many compliments. The beautiful children’s play area with a professional carer is such a thoughtful touch. I can’t wait to come back!

I really look forward to my reflexology treatment with Andrea. Following discussion, Andrea based the latest treatment around my migraine symptoms which had been developing beforehand. Following treatment my 'headiness' disappeared within an hour of leaving the salon. I cannot recommend Andrea more highly. It is by far the most relaxing treatment I have ever had and she has such a lovely caring manner. An hour of perfect relaxation and bliss in a very calming environment. Thank you Andrea.

This was an amazing massage. Natalia did a combination of medium and deep tissue and also focused on my lower back glutes and sacrial region. Most therapists shy away from these areas but Natalia treated everywhere and was extremely professional in doing so. I have quite bad cellulite and after the massage, the texture of my skin looks so much better I cant wait for my next one.

I had the 90 minute deep tissue massage with Shazia who did a fantastic job of loosening all the knots and working on the whole body, including the head & scalp. It felt blissful and my skin felt soft and smooth with the oil massage. Loosening of the knots can feel uncomfortable at times but you can ask for less pressure if it's too much.

Reflexology with Andrea is the reason I keep returning. Andrea is so tuned in and compassionate in every session. She always starts by asking what she can help with on that occasion and then will take your lead on whether you are feeling quieter or would like to talk more. She remembers what you have worked on previously and also very kindly details of what you may have talked about, even if the spaces between appointments are longer. Absolutely amazing experience! I had a facial, Botox, and filler, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Everything was done with such care and professionalism, and the outcome is so natural and refreshing.
