I had deep tissue massage today. The therapist was amazing and really tried to work out my knots! The only downside is that I arrived early and despite ringing the buzzer I wasn’t let in until my appointment time. I was later told the intercom wasn’t working. This meant by time I met my therapist unchanged and was on the table it was 5-10 mins into my therapy time. By time I was changed, paid and back in my car it was 10:00am. This meant my appointment time was realistically only 30-40 minutes but was supposed to be 45 minutes. A bit disappointing.

The massage was helpful but it was not with the person I booked. It would be helpful if people indicated on website are the actual people who provide the service.

This place is magical. With so many beautiful young butterflies 🦋 professional staff dressed appropriately. I wish I had found this place sooner. I tried everywhere in Leicester. And this place beats it all places! This place is very organised cleaned and good hygiene. I never seem a place that is more friendly honest caring helpful sincere truthful professional and hardworking. They dont manipulate by offering wrong treamtns that I don’t need. Only treatments that I meed. If I don’t need they wont recommend.

The salon is immaculate and Sam is always welcoming, professional and friendly. It’s always a treat to come here! It’s the best salon by far in Leicester! Even better than the big names like Clarins.

I have been to Thai Jasmine a few times over the years. I am a 47 year old woman who has been to Thailand many times so I love a Thai massage! Phai has a great technique for deep tissue massage and really gives my knots a good going over. Would highly recommend. Thank you ☺️

Absolutely wonderful. I booked this as a birthday treat, what a wonderful way to start the day. Staff were lovely and Millie, who did my massage was great!
