I had such a lovely experience from start to finish. Andreia was so friendly, welcoming and attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. She really listened to my concerns and took the time to explain everything, including an aftercare plan tailored to my skin. The facial itself was so relaxing, and I felt really well looked after. I’m so happy with the results my skin looked incredibly clean, fresh and glowing afterwards. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her clients.

I booked a couples massage, it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, attention to detail was exceptional. The 2 ladies took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and recommended the treatments that suited us best. My partner goes to the gym regularly, so they tailored his massage to target muscle tension and recovery. I have a sensitive back, so they recommended a more relaxing treatment instead of deep tissue. We chose our aromatherapy oils and they regularly checked the pressure and hot stone temperature throughout. A genuine 10/10 we’ll definitely be back!

I had a superb deep tissue massage with Shidvash. I came in with persistent neck pain, which she was able to relieve significantly during the session. She also took the time to offer thoughtful, tailored advice based on my lifestyle to help prevent the issue from recurring. I booked in for the Head, Neck & Scalp Ritual, and it was such a treat! Nerissa explained the service beforehand so I knew what to expect, and made me feel so relaxed and treated. Despite the spa being located in the centre of Leeds, it feels so tranquil and you would not know. Such a lovely little retreat.

“I had a deep tissue massage with Giuliano to help with severe back spasms, and it made a real difference. He worked with firm pressure, especially on my right side, where there was a lot of tension. The glute work was intense but incredibly effective. It was challenging at times, but I felt so much better afterward. A really professional and well-executed treatment—I’d definitely recommend Giuliano to anyone needing proper muscle release and relief.

Wonderful experience at Roukh Leeds today. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the therapist was incredibly gentle, professional, and attentive. I loved being able to choose the scent of the aroma oil, and the products used felt very high quality. I forgot to ask for her name, but she gave one of the best massages I've had. Excellent service from start to finish. I'll definitely be returning and would highly recommend this place.

WOW I had the Buccal massage and honey facial which was truly relaxing and sent me to sleep! I’ve wanted to try the Buccal facial and it was wonderful, Natasha is an expert and for my first time I felt completely at ease. Highly recommend Dragonfly a peaceful find in a busy Leeds city centre.
