I was apprehensive at first. I booked sleep deprived at 2am at a really good price, I’ve been in so much discomfort with my back for far too long. The space was very clean and professional, the welcome was warm and I felt very safe to relax. I booked the deep tissue back massage and although uncomfortable at times, (the nature of what I asked for) he has worked an absolute miracle! I don’t get massages often, however I will be booking again to try get in once a month as a treat. I rang 3 people on the way home to express how brilliant it was! This was my first experience of a deep tissue shoulder & neck massage. Lydia talked me through what l would experience & how it might feel. Afterwards she gave me exercises to keep my shoulders stretched & relaxed, and the advice to 'drink plenty of water', (always my big failing) to rehydrate my muscles. She also talked through how to recognize when l might need to go back, no hard sell. I was very impressed, lovely young lady, well deserved a 5* rating. Thank you

Serhil is great at what he does. This was my first deep tissue massage and he made sure to check in at various points to ensure I was okay and to make any adjustments in pressure I needed. I feel fantastic afterwards and will definitely be booking back in.

I booked in after saying to myself I need to go for regular massages as being a nurse my back is in bad shape. Spoke to Lydia beforehand and she recommended a Deep Tissue.
