Valentina definitely has got a magic touch and she knows what she is doing. Today before the massage, I found it hard to lift one leg to put my trousers due to my back and leg pain. It felt much better after the massage and I did not have trouble lifting my leg. I can't wait for the next appointment. Thank you so much xx

1st visit and it definitely won't be my last. I write this hours after my massage and I'm still floating on air! Valentina was so kind and friendly. She is clearly an expert in her field as she gave me lots of interesting facts along side a wonderful massage. I particularly enjoyed my head (around the back of my ears) being done. The hot stones were also a great added touch. I can't thank Valentina enough. Can't wait to go back x

Great deep tissue massage. My backs no longer in knots

First time I have been for a deep tissue massage. I’ve had 2 long term injuries, which I’d done nothing about. Lan explained what the injuries are and turns out one injury was probably linked to the other. Lan did a fantastic job and I got a good degree of instant relief. I will be booking for another session. I’m a 56 year old ex army /builder who played rugby. Highly recommend Peak physique and Body Work

I felt totally relaxed after the massage. I would recommend it to anyone.
