Wonderful experience. It was great to have a proper consultation before the massage. Nic was so knowledgeable with brilliant advice and explained everything really well. The massage itself was lovely, the pressure just right and a very peaceful experience with the lighting and music. Helped with my stress and my aches and pains. I felt safe and comfortable at all times. I will definitely book again.

Rich is a fantastic massage therapist who has the ability to fix me. I struggle with chronic pain with fibromyalgia. Rich will chat with me before we start and target the areas where pain is unbearable. I walk out feeling completely relieved and relaxed. Always look forward to my next monthly appointment. Nicola is warm and friendly but still professional from the moment she greets you. She is thorough from when you book the appointment asking for a pre health questionnaire to when you leave with some post massage do’s and don’ts. Nicola makes you feel at ease explaining what she is going to do. The massage - I had full body - was wonderful. I walked out feeling much lighter and my muscles were definitely less tense. Do I recommend Nicola - 💯!
