All the therapists I've seen at Natural Balance have been excellent but Marion really is exceptional. She must have the strongest hands in Brighton and Hove, I always feel incredible afterwards.

I came to see Ali after a week of intense cycling, my legs and body were sore and tight. I booked a deep tissue massage and it was exactly what I needed. Ali expertly targeted the areas that were holding the most tension, providing the perfect balance of pressure to release the tightness. By the end of the session, I felt significantly more light, relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend for anyone needing serious muscle recovery! I was also lucky to experience her new treatment space in the garden room! So lovely to have a gentle breeze and the sound of birds!

Alice is incredible, I’ve always seen a physio for back tension but her deep tissue massage relieves everything & you can instantly tell she’s so well trained & knows exactly what needs doing. As well as always providing a lovely relaxed environment. So glad to have found her!

The difference after my deep tissue massage is amazing. My neck is moving pain free at last. I also had my arms and hands massaged .. two areas that were incredibly tense and neglected. Highly recommended - Marion is highly skilled and intuitive :-)

Had such an incredible Skincare Facial with Deep Tissue Massage with Marion, she really took the time to make me look and feel amazing. My wrinkles have vanished and my body doesn't ache! I can't recommend Marion highly enough, she is wonderfully skilled and so warm and welcoming.

Had the best massage experience with Marion today. Very professional and clearly an experienced therapist. Superb deep tissue massage from Lolly - helping to get my legs in particular back in shape following a lot of hilly hiking over the summer. I have been going to Natural Balance whenever I’ve needed some ‘maintenance’ for 15 years+ and seen a number of therapists in that time - all excellent. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
