Fantastic! Therapist Anu did great massage to my knees joints. Location and facilities are amazing, neat and clean, hygiene. Room has heater, water and comfortable massage table. Prices are reasonable for this ancient Ayurveda treatment. Great people and good service. Well done!!!

The massage was excellent and I feel wonderful. However lying face down on the bed was a bit of strain on my neck. Would prefer bed with a hole to put the face down.

My experience at Ayur Healthcare was simply wonderful. The kindness and care of Anu was lovely. I had a soft tissue and 30 minute face massage which was so nourishing, both physically and mentally. This was my first visit to Ayur Healthcare, but definitely not my last. Anu facilitated the self-care I desperately needed.

I was having moderate sciatica pain from nov 2024. Tried physio, acupuncture etc but no relief. End dec 2024, I visited Ayur and treatment started with Dr. Anu Handa. After 6 weeks of intense massages, tablets and strict diet, I recovered 99% from Sciatica. Dr Anu is very professional, knowledgeable, caring and an excellent therapist. No wonder that she is very busy and hard to get an appointment with her. I do not have enough words to express my thanks to Dr. Anu Handa.

Hi Ayur, Minu was very good and so was the marma massage! I would've rated the experience Great, if I was wiped down after the treatment. The other Ayurveda massage place I attended wiped me down with hot wet towels which assured my clothes didn't get oil on them 😉 Something to consider!!
