I have been going to Barry Alan since moving to Norwich during Covid and have always had the most wonderful experience. From Barry himself to Kat and many of their other stylists, I am always incredibly happy with the advice they give me and the colour as sell as cuts I get. I could not recommend Barry Alan more. Friendly, professional and top class consistently over the years.

I can't thank Barry enough for the amazing hair cut and advice. I'd had two bad experiences in Norwich and was beginning to believe it was just my hair and my confidence in myself was knocked. I went to Barry in a bit of desperation with the intention to just chop off my long locks. It was the first time I felt like a hairdresser truly took the time to listen to me and understand my hair before grabbing the scissors. I left the salon with my long hair intact and gorgeous shaping to complement my face. I can't wait for my next visit and so relieved that I've finally found Barry!!

Leann refreshed my hair, which was much needed of a trim, SO beautifully. Not only is the cut exactly what I'd wish for, her styling was perfect!! Would definitely recommend

Absolutely fabulous colour appointment and trim with Evie. She has done an incredible T-Section of highlights for a first colour on my daughters hair, she listened to how she wanted it and it has turned out exactly as she hoped it would. We shall definitely be back again when she needs it touching up. We highly recommend Evie

Fantastic experience during my first visit yesterday with Barry who spent time discussing my hair and what I hope to achieve from the cut. So happy with the results, I left the salon with exactly what I was hoping for in a cut, which was modern, healthy and fuller looking hair. Looking forward to my next visit 🫶🏻

Claudia was her usual fabulous self! I'd had to reschedule so I hadn't seen her for a while, but she listened carefully to what I was asking of her and gave her view. I trust her completely and I feel like a new woman!

I had a wonderful restyle with Lucy! I came in on Saturday after booking a Monday appointment to hopefully discuss what I wanted before my actual appointment and she very kindly offered to do my cut there and then instead. It was a big change that she executed absolutely perfectly. I also greatly appreciate how attentive she was with styling my hair after my cut, we tried different options and I left very happy with it. Such a lovely person who made me feel very welcome! Definitely rebooking in future 😊

Barry is the best hairstylist I ever had. If I moved countries I’d still have to travel back to Norwich to see him because no one cuts hair like him. I don’t even tell him what I want, he’s the expert, I tell him to do whatever he thinks is best.
