Excellent! Really cared about my hair, listened to what I wanted and gave great aftercare advice for my hair. Love the cut and styling too. I cannot recommend the Glenfield salon enough. 5+stars!

This was my first visit to this salon. The staff were friendly and welcoming and I could see that the salon was clean and tidy. I am very pleased with the trim that Charlotte did for me and would recommend to my friends. I found being able to book an appointment online through the website extremely useful.

My roots were done today by nessey and i had my roots cut, they were long, I wish they relized when I say to skin it dosent mean a few mm in lenght she also deied my cut off so when i wash it im thinking a lot of dye will come out

Everyone was so nice and supportive especially my stylist Megan who put in the effort to talk and make me feel comfortable offered drinks several times and reassured me several times did a wonderful job with my hair and made me feel and look absolutely stunning without damaging or ruining my hair at all love the place so much would 100% recommend others to go and get their treatment or colouring from here very very experienced and professional

Very happy with my hair after visiting “The Secret Salon - Kirby Muxloe”! Georgia has done a fabulous job of my hair once again! My hair was washed and olaplex treatment applied by the junior which was blissful! Very happy and will definitely return - even though I don’t live in Leicester anymore, it is well worth the travelling😊

Joanna sets the bar high when it comes to massages. I have to say it’s the first time when I had a massage done that well in Leicester! She’s very professional while maintaining that relaxed atmosphere throughout the session. I’ve already recommended it to my friends and I hope others will also come and experience this pleasant massage with Joanna. Come and see yourself! Hair had grown so much I had to make an interim appointment. Great service as usual and lovely coffee. Penny soon snipped my style back into shape and gave good advice on a setting lotion to give my hair more body and bounce. I decided to buy it. Only thing is, we were talking about our dogs so much and the mischief they get up to, I completely forgot to buy it. Doh! I shall have to pick it up next time. I had ordered another different one last time I was in for a trim, which Kirsty had to order in for me, but it hadn’t arrived. Hopefully it will be there next month.
