Aashika gave me a neck shoulder back massage and cupping. She asked which areas needed most attention she was graceful the pressure was perfect I felt cared for her energy was peaceful and focused on service delivery it was like she was doing ballet guide motion everything on point she gave me feedback also. What a complete and beneficial and beautiful experience.

Who knew that over stretching at yoga can lead to injuring my rotator cuff 🙄 and that the scar tissue from a fall almost a year ago will always give me some sort of discomfort. Left untreated or waiting too long to have to seen to will just make it worse over time. I learnt this from Muneera who used a myriad of tools for a full body massage therapy due to their power being off because of the storm. She did however go home to warm bean bags and stones for me 🤗 A day later and I have full rotation in my cuff albeit still a bit sensitive. She took her time and worked almost 2 hours on me

Injured my wrist and Ankle and needed Muneera's help to speed up recovery. First a massage with CBD infused balm so smooth out the tension, followed by RIFE for my wrist and Wet cupping for my ankle and fell asleep 😅 The pain in my wrist already subsided algamdullilah. Muneera is my go to Body Message Therapist for all my aches, pains and injuries.

The cupping therapy was incredibly effective—relieving tension and boosting circulation. I also noticed real improvements in my energy and sleep after following their supplement suggestions.
