Tried cupping for the first time. It was really nice. I wasn’t sure what to expect but was relaxing and took the tension out of my muscle. It doesn’t hurt, it’s like a little squeeze. Monika will explain what is happening and what she is doing so you feel relaxed and comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

Loved my cupping treatment! I recently tried cupping, and it was a great experience! The session began with monika explaining the process. When the cups were placed, I felt a pull on my muscles, which helped release tension (a bit uncomfortable) but doesn’t last long Afterward, I felt relaxed, with less muscle tightness, especially in my back and shoulders. Overall, I’d recommend cupping to anyone looking for muscle relief. I’ll be back !
