My appointment was 2 weeks post op and was recommended by my surgeon as part of the recovery process. I'd never heard of MLD massages before, so I'm happy that I found Claire as she's been fantastic & very knowledgeable. I was still very sore & swollen when I first came to see her, but she managed to gently massage & drain alot of my fluids away during each session, with the added bonus of red light therapy to aid the healing. Claire always offered advice & provided helpful tips to aid my recovery & overall cosmetic results. I have just completed my final massage session & couldn't be happier!

Claire was amazing from start to finish, explained everything and was so gentle and reassuring with my post tummy tuck MLD. Claire has a lovely energy and really explained the whole process to me, it truly is fascinating! I almost fell asleep it was so relaxing, I hope to have more sessions with Claire in the future to keep my lymphatic system in check even after my recovery from surgery, thank you Claire!

Excellent treatment, expert knowledge and stellar advice from Claire. Cupping convert thanks to today’s brilliant post-half marathon session which left me feeling as though she’s totally reset my tired, tension-filled legs, hips, shoulders and neck. Brilliant to know Claire is furthering her studies to hone her craft too. Will be back for more for sure!

Claire is amazing in all that she does. LDM after surgery. Deep tissue. Migraine relief. Posture correction..... I could go on and on and on. I doubt there is much she doesn't knowabout the body and mind either and she explains it all to you. She is absolutely lovely as well
