Absolutely amazing as always, had tight IT bands either side ,sorted, then much needed relax, just don't plan on doing anything more complex than tying your shocelaces afterwards, because you'll be completely zoned out !

Rico paid me a home visit and made me feel relaxed. He was able to identify the areas which needed treatment and performed a sports massage, cupping and helped me stretch the affected areas. Afterwards my back, neck and shoulder felt much better. Thank you for the visit rico

Second visit for Back Shu Acpunture & Cupping (hip)and once again a really positive experience. Rachel was attentive and took time to check how I was feeling. The treatments itself felt well paced & taliored to my needs with clear attention to areas of tension & discomfort. I have noticed an improvement in my mobility and a reduction in tightness since starting my sessions. Thanks again Rachel I floated home 💖

I visited this fab little shop for acupuncture From the get go I knew I was in expert hands with Rachel. As someone who is trained in accupuncture I was very impressed with the depth of knowledge Rachel has. The treatment was amazing and I floated out of the treatment room! Definitely a great addition to our little community I am definitely going back! Don't hesitate if you are on the fence about acupuncture, it is a painless treatment with so many benefits....get booked in with Rachel!
