Been coming here for treatments for a good while now. This was my 1st "regular" massage. Can honestly say out of all the massages I've had over the years this was the most enjoyable and peaceful experience. The space is just perfect to welcome you and relax before any treatment begins and you're guaranteed to leave walking on a cloud ☁️ 🧡

Have to leave a review for my amazing treatment today which was the abdominal massage. I wasnt sure what to expect but this was fantastic. I suffer with Gastro issues and found this treatment very relaxing that much so I fell asleep which I find very difficult to do at times. This is my second treatment here the first being reflexology and I will definitely be returning for both on a regular basis. Kirsten explained everything in great detail has a warm and friendly nature and put any concerns I had to ease. The room is comfortable, relaxing and very Zen. Fabulous!

The first thing I noticed when I waked into the room was the amazing smell and then how cosy and calm it was. Karen was so welcoming and had a really calming energy. She explained what my treatment would entail and let me get comfy under the heated blanket! I was having the mindful massage and it was fantastic. As someone who finds it really hard to relax, it was just what I needed. Lovely products and a genuinely relaxing environment. Highly recommend Karen and can’t wait til my next visit.

First Reflexology Treatment and an amazing, comfortable experience. Kirsten was very welcoming, friendly and explained everything to detail. A very warm and relaxing room which put any anxiety I had immediately to ease. Will definitely be back and feet feel great especially when im on them all day at work. Highly Recommended.

What an absolute treat! I went to see Karen for a relaxing back, neck and shoulders massage, and added on a head massage as a little extra. From the moment I arrived, Karen made me feel at ease with a lovely initial chat and quickly understood exactly what I was hoping for in using a lighter touch that was perfect for relaxation. The whole experience was beautiful; the scents, the sounds, and the overall atmosphere were just perfection. I felt myself drifting in and out of consciousness and it was exactly what I needed to switch off from the busy day to day. Thanks Karen x

I always love walking in to Karen’s space, the moment you arrive you start to relax. The treatment (as always) was simply incredible, I could have fallen asleep I was so relaxed. I find it hard to unwind but an hour or so with Karen just makes me feel so chilled out for the rest of the day

The experience was deeply nurturing, with the scalp massage being an absolute highlight. Karen was so lovely and welcoming. She made me feel very relaxed visiting her for the first time today. Her space is so beautiful and zen. She has clearly thought about every step of your experience. I had her luxury full body massage and it was just that. I felt completely zen. I love that Karen gives you options for making yourself comfortable with choices of cushions and blankets. The massage itself was completely delightful. I have already booked in for another treatment which I am very much looking forward too. Would highly recommend Karen.

Decided to treat myself last Sunday morning to a facial at Karen’s new place and it was just amazing! This was my 3rd time visiting Karen and it was fantastic. I’ve gone for wild & radiant, rejuvenate & invigorate previously but this time I chose a facial with an extra 10 minute head massage. Every time I’ve been I’ve fallen asleep so that pretty much tells you all you need to know haha. Everything smells & feels amazing and I always leave feeling so relaxed and ready to take on the world! Can’t wait to come back 🥰

Today was the first time I have ever had and sort of facial and massage. Karen Louise was an amazing practitioner she made me feel safe and relaxed. Tonight's treatment with Karen was an absolute treat! I added on a head massage to my usual eyebrow treatment which was just perfection! Such a beautiful environment to visit, especially when it's cold outside. The heated bed and being wrapped up in the heavy blanket is something special. Karen is always such a delight to chat through all that's going on in life, and her magic hands during the head massage tonight made me completely forget I was even there for my eyebrow treatment. Came away so relaxed and refreshed! Will be adding this on again!

Karen created a magical experience with her rejuvenate and invigorate facial. It was the first facial and massage combination that I have ever had and she made every aspect perfect. She was so attentive during every step of the treatment which made it easy for me to deeply relax. I felt nourished in the environment Karen has created from the music to the smells but mostly her attentiveness during the facial. Couldn’t recommend Karen enough ♥️

I had a taster of the new “rejuvenate and invigorate” facial treatment. From stepping into the room, that was set up beautifully to the warm bed it was a great experience. Karen explained the treatment and the products, explaining which ones I could purchase myself for use at home. She checked in with me and gave a very relaxing massage. Will definitely book again! X

Karen was amazing this morning. I’ve been under a lot of stress recently and she gave me time to chat before my appointment, instantly helping me feel calm. She creates such a relaxing and safe space. My back, shoulders and neck massage was incredible — she worked out the knots and the tightness has eased. I also added a short Indian head massage and some reiki, which were lovely. I left feeling light, relaxed and so much better. Thank you, Karen!
