First of all Luke goes through your injury prognosis then he goes on to explain what he suggests to help alleviate the pain. I had a sports massage which I highly recommend for easing the tightness in the muscles etc. he consistently checks that your feeling ok is very professional and certainly puts you at ease. Anyone thinking of having a massage or needling done do not hesitate having the treatments as they are both 5 stars ⭐️

Luke is a great therapist - he understood the issues and provided a comprehensive explanation of possible causes for those issues, and gave suitable treatment options. I had a sports massage with cupping and feel brand new. Luke is so caring and knowledgeable and always puts me at ease. I am already booking my next treatment.

Absolutely amazing, came out tonight having had cupping twice in the last two weeks and have gained 80% mobility back in my shoulder and this should increase as the days go by. Luke is exceptional and I highly recommend him.

Luke is professional and listened to my requirements and issues with my leg and back. . The studio is very clean. Luke is chattie if you want him to be and most interesting, equally when I was really relaxing he kept quiet. Would thoroughly recommend and as a Pilates instructor.

I have visited Luke a few times now, and he is clearly an extremely knowledgeable sports therapist, he clearly loves to share his knowledge to help others. I wouldn't go to see anyone else.
