I would highly recommend chrissie. She has rearly helped with my chronic pain and fibromyalgia. Today we used Indiba, a radio frequency therapy. It is the best massage I've ever had and felt amazing after. I booked straight in for another.

I've been seeing Chrissie since 08/2022 and would highly recommend. I started with sports massage, and from there Chrissie explained how sports massage, dry needling and cupping works in different ways. She worked with me each session to focus on my current aches/pains. I had never had dry needling or cupping before, but Chrissie talked me through it. Chrissie has allowed me to have a better understanding of how to look after my body. Plus, will ensure if I have an issue outside of the scope of her treatment that I am signposted to the right person. Profession, knowledgable, good value.

Friendly, knowledgable and thorough, I had my first appointment with Chrissie today and it was great. The space is quiet and atmospheric which helped me relax during my sports massage. Chrissie listened to my complaints and instantly knew what to do to help. I highly recommend Chrissie to anyone who is in need or thinking of having a sports massage.
