A firm fav go to for pre-holiday and occasion beauty treatments within a luxury setting. The staff are so knowledgeable and professional, and deliver a great beauty therapy experience! I'm never disappointed by my experience at Park West, great selection of nail colours and fantastic finish. Eyebrow tint, natural and healthy.

Four of us went for a spa day and honestly loved it. We’d been before and had such a good time we had to go back – and this time was even better with the new spa facilities. We all had facials and back/neck/shoulder massages which were amazing, and the whole place was just so relaxing. Staff looked after us really well from start to finish. Such a great day out, we’ll definitely be back again!

I've just had an amazing full body massage from Jocelyn, using aromatherapy oils. I could have just fallen asleep, it was so relaxing. However, I didn't want to miss a moment!

Lorraine was amazing again. Lymphatic drainage treatments have been excellent The therapy rooms are great too. And you always get a warm welcome.

First time visiting the spa, everyone was so nice and very welcoming, I had a lovely aromatherapy massage done by Heather who was amazing. Will definitely be back for more treatments.
