Following a significant injury to my vocal cords, I had a block of 6 bookings with Andrew. As a full-time professional singer and musician for over 15 years, a prompt return to the stage was crucial for my financial well-being. Andrew assisted enormously in this process, releasing tension not only from the obvious muscles around my neck and shoulders, but also from the tongue and jaw. One of the most valuable psychological tools I picked up in addition, was to monitor my speaking voice, and keep it relaxed, thus minimising tension arising in my throat during my recovery. I booked an apartment for 9am. Which the salon changed to 9.30. This wasn't suitable for me but they made it later to accommodate me. I arrived early expecting a wait, bit was taken early too. The lady Isabella was soooo lovely! So friendly and chatty . Even got a little taste of her massage skills at the end of my wax appointment! I've never had a massage but ill certainly be going back for one. Highly recommended. Very clean salon too and so easy to get to .

Feeling really spacious in my face and neck after my 1st vocal massage. Amazingly, even my pelvis feels different, n we only focussed on my head and neck. Thanks Andrew, I appreciate your skill and experience. I feel more educated about the anatomy of the face and mouth. I’m leaving with techniques for releasing my neck and stretching my tongue!! Who knew? 😜 I am grateful for your knowledge of how my history with acid reflux has affected the tension in my mouth. Fascinating, I’ll definitely be back. I’m intrigued at what else I might learn. Wonderful!
